Heidi Landis RDT-BCT, LCAT, TEP, CGP is cuurently the program director at Creative Alternatives of New York, where she runs trauma- informed drama therapy groups with many populations including newly arrived refugees and youth in foster care. She is a lead trainer at CANY has has trained clinicians both nationally and internationally. In addition, Heidi is in private practice where she runs pscyhodrama training groups as well as ongoing personal growth gropups.. She provides individual and group psychotherapy with attention to underlying emotional issues in creative, unique ways.
Heidi is an adjunct professor at the College of New Rochelle and has presented workshops at many national conferences, including the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama and the North American Drama Therapy Association.
Heidi is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, The Moscow Art Theater School and The Boston Conservatory. She completed post graduate training at the Eastern Group Psychotherapy Assocation.
