I completed my undergratduate work in Sociology at UCLA. After two decades of working in the world of non-profit and church ministry, I finished an MA in ministry and leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary and completed my MC in Counseling from University of Phoenix. I am licensed in Arizona as a professional counselor (LPC) and an independent substance abuse counselor (LISAC). I have expanded my clinical training by completing a Residency in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I studied with Dorothy Satten and Rebecca Walters to become a Certified Practioner in Psychodrama. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), as well as being EMDR Certified and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Institute/Hap Facilitator. Much of my work focuses on Trauma and addiction and I am a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT).

I started the PAT journey in July of 2018 with Primary Trainer Dr. Marlo Archer. I am collaborating with fellow PAT Grayce Gusmano to explore the many ways that Attachment Theory and Neurobiology are embedded in the Psychodramatic Theory and Practice. We are developing workshops for Treatment Centers and Therapists interested in providing attachment/developmental healing through Sociometry and Psychodrama.

I am in private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. I direct a weekly Psychodrama group at Psychological Counseling Services (PCS) (www.pcsearle.com) and belong to the Arizona Psychodrama Institute. At my core, I am a learner. I enjoy the process of discovery that is at the heart of psychotherapy. By working with clients to discover their stories, I am able to help them uncover habits, wounds and unmet needs that interfere with their ability to fully live life.

Working from an experiential model, my goal is to help clients integrate the insight that comes from self reflection into meaningful changes in their relationships and daily routines. Psychodrama has become an essential component of my work.
