Dr. Richardson also has interests in clinical neurosciences, medical anthropology and practices, Eastern healing modalities, ancient history, ancient manuscripts, genealogy, spirituality, faith, music and arts.
Due to his special training and expertise in medical psychology, Dr. Richardson works closely with the individual's physician to help address a variety of issues and concerns including chronic pain, interplay of medical issues and psychological issues and others. Because of his background with Montessori Education, and the use of play therapy methods, he is able to work with more challenging pediatric cases.
Dr. Richardson continues to research, and study, the use of integrated medicine/psychology blending natural and traditional approaches to promote both physical and mental health in a biopsychosocial model.
Currently, Dr. Richardson is working with the Clinical Research Centre at Hospital Seberang Jaya as a Neuropsychologist/Researcher and participating in the Mentor-Mentee Northern Region Program through Clinical Research Malaysia, Ministry of Health.
