I believe in the power of relationships to heal all psychic wounds. I am a seasoned family therapist, psychodramatist, and supervisor (certified by the SW and MFT NJ Boards) practicing in New Jersey with 20 years of clinical experience. I am the founder and director of Chrysalis Clinical Supervision, Training & Counseling, which specializes in the professional development of social workers, family therapists, and other clinicians, at all levels. I have created two modalities using psychodrama: Family Therapy in Action and Supervision in Action.
I am also the Associate Clinical Director of Family Service League, a not-for-profit agency that provides individual, couple, family, and group counseling services to the community in Northern NJ where I supervise interns and staff members using psychodramatic techniques. In addition, I am an Adjunct Associate Professor at NYU.
I have presented on family therapy, supervision, and psychodrama at many local and national conferences and universities including the American Family Therapy Academy (AFTA), the NASW,the AAMFT, Rutgers, Kean, Seton Hall, Knox College, and Montclair State University.
