A truly therapeutic procedure cannot have less an objective than the whole of mankind.

I was a trial lawyer before I became a psychodramatist. I became enchanted with psychodrama at Louise Lipman’s (LCSW-R, CGP, T.E.P.), training residential in New Paltz, NY. Louise became my primary trainer. I also trained with Sylvia Israel (M.F.T., T.E.P.) and John Oleson (M.A., T.E.P.). I obtained my C.P. in January 2017, and a P.A.T. in Aprill. 2017.
Since 2014 I have directed individual and group psychodramas with women prisoners in a Washington State correctional facility. I also work regularly with a group of dedicated trial lawyers who use psychodrama to enhance their skills as advocates and human beings. In my private practice I employ psychodrama methods regularly in work with adolescents and adults.
My other roles include wife, mother, stepmother, ex-wife, divorcee, codependent-in-recovery, therapy client, daughter of an Alzheimer’s sufferer, sister, friend. I hope that they inform my work and deepen my abilities to double and to role reverse, whether I am in session, or in line at the grocery store.
